Planning

The focus of the session will be the development of heat networks in Exeter and East Devon – some success stories and some challenges along the way – with an emphasis on how the Councils have used planning policy as a tool to stimulate heat network development. It’s a great example of how local authorities without any additional devolved powers can really push local network development.

As always, there’ll also be time for you to discuss the topic with other Divas in breakout groups.
