Hemiko are recruiting for a Customer Revenue Specialist to lead and manage projects.
In this role you will work closely with the Contract Management and Customer Services Teams to support the business manage its customer income recovery. With over 10,000 customers on their District Heat Networks, you will work to ensure their processes are delivered to reduce their customer debt levels.

O&M Site Manager (Bristol)

Hemiko are recruiting for an O&M Manager with responsibility to provide management of sites and operational projects to ensure all sites are operating well. Projects will range from single site boiler room and energy centre installations or servicing through to large new build and retrofit district heating schemes.
This position will differ from conventional management in that you will be given the opportunity to ‘own’ a project with involvement in pricing of additional works alongside the required scheduled O&M services.

Project Manager (Huddersfield)
As part of Kirklees Council’s ambitious district net zero and ‘climate ready’ target year of 2038, Kirklees Council have approved the Outline Business Case for Huddersfield District Energy Network (HDEN), to supply low-carbon heat to a range of public and private sector buildings in Huddersfield Town Centre. The current phase of this project is commercialisation and Full Business Case development. The Council have been awarded more than £8 million to develop its HDEN through all stages from inception through to implementation.
Kirklees Council are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver the full business case for the HDEN.
Working as a member of the Energy & Climate Change Team and as the council’s primary point of contact for the HDEN, you will work collaboratively with a range of internal and external teams to ensure successful delivery of the full business case. This role would suit someone with some complex project management experience already under their belt and looking for a change or step up.

Experience maintaining and operating commercial non-gas plant, e.g., pumps, valves, strainers, would be beneficial. The role will be varied, undertaking PPMs, reactive call outs, planned repairs and project work, to further improve reliability and network efficiency across the fleet of networks.

Specifically, the successful candidate will have a strong competency within the commercial gas field, with 3+ years working as a Commercial Gas Engineer. They need to have experience servicing gas boilers of various manufacturers, and able to fault find and replace parts comfortably. Experience in district heating networks is preferred but not essential.
